Hello! I found you through DIY Ombre Hair tag since I'm planning to DIY my hair. Your hair look so good. How do you make it look so natural? Thank you in advance. Have a nice day, pretty! ♥

Hello and thank you!! I naturally have really dark brown (like a level 2 or 3). I used a packet of quick white bleach, 30 volume developer, and a toner. A toner is definitely the most important part since your hair will probably lighten to a brassy orange color. Leave the bleach on until you get to slightly lighter than the desired level. For the toner, get a permanent or demi-permanent colour in a 9A and use that with a 10 volume developer on dry hair after you bleach it. Definitely make sure to tone cuz if you don’t you might end up looking more like Jenny from the block than Rachel Bilson if you know what I mean :) If these numbers don’t make sense to you just google like ‘hair lifting chart’ and you can see what level looks like. One last thing, please please please don’t just slap the bleach on the ends of ur hair. Paint highlights on with the bleach with one of those disposable mascara wands and put foil on so it doesnt dry out. Feel free to sit under heat, like a hair dryer or the sun. Hope this helps and feel free to ask me anymore questions. Good luck!!
